Return & Exchange Policy

Return and exchange are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products available in our store.
All products are eligible for return and exchange in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Products can be returned or exchanged only if they are in their original condition at the time of purchase and sealed in their original packaging.
Returns are accepted within 3 days, and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page or our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.
In case of a defective or faulty product, please send photos along with your city, address, and order number.
A full refund will be issued if the product is completely different from its description on the product page.
We are not responsible for any misuse of the products if such usage was not mentioned in the product description.
If the customer requests a return without any defect or issue, 30% of the amount or a minimum of 25 MAD will be deducted.
